Review on Rola 59905 Locking Truck 59799 by Donald Phillips

They look exactly like the ones that came with the stand, both lock instantly when you try to unscrew them and won't stay unlocked. They would just lock up immediately as soon as I started turning the knob. I had to adjust the rack before I could safely drive the truck, so I had to break the handles into small pieces to get at the innards and remove them with pliers and replace them with large wing nuts. Previous attempts to contact support for a previous issue received absolutely no response, so I didn't even bother this time.
