I like that it's simple with just one account per user so there isn't any confusion about how your accounts are being managed or where you should be putting certain funds/investments in order to get optimal results. The only thing I dislike at this time is not having more than 1 year of historical data available (if using their services). If they add this feature then we'd have no problem recommending them! We're trying out many different types of investments but nothing has been as effective yet as our regular index fund portfolio which was previously made up mostly from Vanguard ETFs; however now since switching over all those Vanguards seem less appealing due to performance issues compared to when making direct purchases vs through exchanges such as Interactive Brokers. However by utilizing betterment instead these shares can still provide us some benefit even though directly purchasing via IB would give higher return potential without needing tax avoidance strategies used above - i'm referring to things like exchange traded notes, etc.- thus.
