I have struggled with back problems my whole life. My posture was always in need of improvement. Finally I decided to do something about it and give it a try. It's pretty easy to put on. It takes a few minutes the first few times, but once you get the hang of it you'll be fine. It's actually quite convenient. As comfortable as it gets, which I was pleased about. I've noticed a slight improvement, but I don't expect any real or long-term results for some time, which is normal. easier to hide under clothing. The last thing you want is to wear a light-colored shirt/top that shows through a black garment. Also, it would really help comfort if there was a thin line of memory gel or something on the shoulder straps. It would definitely add to the comfort and feel.
