This is a very good coloring book for people of all ages. 30 pages of not too complicated geometric shapes with many variations whose coloring can be customized. Also, the paper used is a bit scratchy. I'm guessing because it's a "green" version made from recycled paper. If you use cheaper colored pencils, they often tear the paper if you're not careful. I haven't tried colored pencils and doubt watercolor will work at all. It's great that they can alleviate guilt by making it green, but if it gets in the way of working it doesn't help much. That's why I deducted a star. It's still a decent coloring book, and coloring is a very relaxing hobby that relieves stress almost like meditation.
