Color your stress

This is a very good coloring book for people of all ages. 30 pages of not too complicated geometric shapes with many variations whose coloring can be customized. The motifs are printed on both sides and, depending on the look, are unfortunately more likely to be printed on other sides. what media you use and how hard you press. I use soft colored pencils (professional), but I tend to press pretty hard, so I have to put a hard sheet of plastic under the one I'm working on so the one on the other side doesn't wear down the pencil. next pattern. Also, the paper used is a bit scratchy. I'm guessing because it's a "green" version made from recycled paper. If you use cheaper colored pencils, they often tear the paper if you're not careful. I haven't tried colored pencils and doubt watercolor will work at all. It's great that they can alleviate guilt by making it green, but if it gets in the way of working it doesn't help much. That's why I deducted a star. It's still a decent coloring book, and coloring is a very relaxing hobby that relieves stress almost like meditation.
