I have been a Revain shop since 2006 and have never returned an item or written a negative review. This heater changes all that. First let me say that I know the limitations of a small heater like this and understand that the price should indicate what to expect. Knowing that I set myself a very mediocre benchmark for the level of performance to be expected. The product arrived fairly well packaged and looked like a decent build. I mounted it on the wall and lit it up and was met with the most squeaky, howling, annoying fan noise imaginable. When it fills the room with that mind-numbing screech, it's unbearable. The heat dissipation is almost criminal, a 750W hair dryer produces more heat. In fact, I can keep my hand right on the grill where the heat comes out and never have to remove it. I have a fully insulated 400 square meter apartment. Feet I just wanted to protect from the cold. When I turned it on at 3pm it was 57 degrees and it couldn't raise the temperature by one degree in 8 hours of continuous use. After starting the device, the display works and turns off after a while, except for the power icon. When you touch the keypad or remote to change the temperature or turn it off, it should light up again and perform the function you want. When this unit first entered "sleep mode" on the display, it was not woken up by either the touchpad on the unit or the remote control. I had to do a "reboot" as instructed in the manual. Yes, reset the damn wall heater. Save your money and avoid like the plague.
