There was a serious software error in the auto-priming area. I'm not sure if it crashes on every computer, but I can't afford to risk it, so I'm returning it as buggy. If it worked it would be a great addition to my toolbox. I have other Autel scanners and such that work very well. I would like to add that you can say that tech support is aware of the issue but they are not honest. You can hear it in her voice. They don't like this model either and can't wait to fix it. It's like they know they can't fix it. If I thought it was just this scanner I'd ask for a replacement, but I'm pretty sure that's not the case. The sas function comes up when you try to access abs and when you try to access the sas function it turns out that it is not supported. Also, the read code file outputs U1000. I've worked on enough vehicles to know that this is a loss of comms code, but you can test all the modules and even activate the ABS solenoids individually and graph the data from each sensor in real time, so it's a software bug. Nice try, Authel. Get it right and I would buy it again. I would also like to point out that this model is available in 3 different prices on Revain Prime. Everyone claims that this is the same model. It's weird of course. wrench
