I also, don't read other reviews before posting my own.This faucet looks like, but is not, a pull out hose faucet. The hose in this item only pulls down out of its holder and reaches down as far as the spring flex allows. Because it is not a pull out faucet, it doesn't have the extra two connections (outlet and inlet for the main hose). That makes threading the two inlet hose (hot and cold) through the connecting nut easy enough (pull out faucets make it a tight fit).The deck plate is somewhat short at only 9.6 inches. At first look, it almost seemed like the outer holes in a three hole sink would not be completely covered. It did not turned out that way but the previous larger plate left marks on the sink that this smaller plate did not cover.Overall, this is a midline faucet but it looks like it is much higher priced. It is a good value.
