Something works but poorly

Received this unit in less than 24 hours after ordering, excellent service. But spend a lot of time to get it working. The instructions are pretty much useless. So if you've never used a hotspot like this before, get help or watch a YouTube video on what to do. I didn't know about the need to adjust the transmit and receive frequencies in the PSTAR program, I realized this when I saw a sticker on the inside of the box for -200. But I haven't changed anything, no connection to my DMR radio. So I started tuning the receive frequency, reached -450, everything worked. So I have DMR working. Then I tried DSTAR, no luck, DSTAR is receiving but DSTAR is not transmitting, I've tried everything you can think of. I have several other hotspots, before there were no such problems. The device comes with extra contact pins, I don't know what they are for. I'll keep trying to get this thing working, but I'll probably be returning it. I assume you get what you pay for? An update to above. I've spent a lot more time with this device and when I posted this review the seller sent me a lot more documentation, some of it helped. As mentioned above, the RX/TX offset sticker on the box was -200, which didn't work. I worked on it by comparing it to another digital access point and finally got it working at -450 for RX/TX. So I guess I'll keep it.
