Review on Remote Desktop Service by Andrew Dinelli

I like how easy it is for multiple users in different areas of my office to connect to our main desktop remotely using this software. It also allows me to remote into any computer at anytime, anywhere! There really isn't much I dislike about this product. Sometimes when there's an issue with one system or another we have issues connecting but other than that no problems here. This helps keep everyone connected even if they're not physically present in their work area. We can easily see what employees are working from home and who needs assistance. And because all systems are encrypted through RDP connections we don't worry as much about data loss or someone getting hacked.
