Defect: Black deposits in the water
After installing replacement filters for 2 weeks, I suddenly found black deposits at the bottom of the glass. At first I thought the glass wasn't clean. So I washed it thoroughly and refilled the glass. I saw black dirt in the glass again. At first I didn't believe what I saw. But after filling a few jars for the test, I made sure that there was black residue coming out of the replacement filters. They are clearly defective. I drank black tincture all the time. If the seller reads this message I would like a full refund.
