MaticBox is without a doubt the perfect concept for an RPi case as it is a versatile set of precisely fitting parts that You can choose and stack them according to your application. The feature I appreciate the most is the snap-on DIN rail mounting on the bottom panel. The DIN rail is the best way to build complex systems such as industrial control systems. For some reason there are several ways to easily connect the RPi to a DIN rail and MaticBox is the best option at the moment. There is a case from Phoenix Contact, but it's much larger, less versatile, and more expensive. MaticBox4 is specifically installed on Raspberry Pi 4B, previous models of MaticBox were installed on previous Raspberry Pi models. You quickly set up various assembly and fence logics, e.g. B. Frame open, closed, fan or not, hat or not. Direct or with simple hand tool modifications, the parts are suitable for all but the most unusual electronic assemblies. Material - ABS plastic which is ideal as for lego bricks. It is stiff and strong, has tight tolerances and can be easily modified. The quality of the injection molding is excellent and shows that this product has been thought through down to the last detail. It's amazing that it sells for twelve dollars. I hope that the manufacturer can get widespread use of this product and benefit from the huge investment they have made in its development.
