Super simple to install on the exterior eave. High quality fixture, much better then the 20 year old builder one that it replaced.Tip: 1 install on the EAVE (rather than the wall), make sure the motion sensor adjustment knobs are facing upward to the eave, not downward to the ground.Tip 2: Use an old school wire coat hanger to hang the fixture by the mounting hardware while you get the wires connected. Once everything is hooked up, simple to then just insert the center bolt in the fixture to the base. Make a 1 person install super easy.Comes with all the parts and gasket for the base of the fixture. Very bright and lots of adjustments on the motion sensor. Would buy again and similar fixture at HD or Lowes is $50 - $60.
