Works well! Generates a "virtual" bird's-eye view, which makes parallel or reverse parking much easier. It might not be perfect as it's entirely rear camera based, but that goes without saying. As a result, shifting forward loses firmware (again, not the camera's fault, but the rear camera only approach limitation). Rear (i.e. not recessed) so the 180 degree view is not obstructed too much by the bumper etc. I gave "image quality" 4 stars because it's a fisheye view, but that's intentional. The live rear view camera feature is a nice touch. I have set one of the switches on the steering wheel to show the LR view when pressed. Can be useful as additional protection against blind spots. Not much needed in my Miata when the top is down, but more so when it's up.
