It does what it does
We need a big pitcher to hold enough hot, boiling water and let it cool before we can drink it. It does the job. I'm deducting a star because the base isn't quite level and it's a bit wobbly when you put it on the counter. But for me it's not that important, so in general I'm satisfied.
