My dentist advised me to use a straw when drinking coffee and tea (keeps your smile/teeth brighter and whiter between brushing). She also said straws are essential when whitening your teeth. Here are my pros and cons for this product: PROS: Same width as standard milkshake straws. Doesn't affect taste so better than steel Doesn't heat up so better than steel No harmful effects on contact with hot liquids (unlike plastic) Fits perfectly in a wide mouth jar I'd love to see them sold this with one cleaner per straw . I would love it if they sold separately or together a pair of neoprene travel tubes/bags that could hold cleaning supplies and a straw (I would put it in the inside pocket of my bag and in the water bottle pocket of my gym bag).
