Mac compatible in digital voice recorders

I've looked everywhere for a Mac compatible voice recorder. I even called the Apple Store. All I could find for a reasonable price is this one. And it worked very well. I can record, download to my Mac and then load onto my iPod. I can listen through the stereo speakers in the dock. I can listen in the car with an iPod adapter that fits the tape deck. I haven't tried burning a CD yet. I bought it mainly for use in chorale rehearsals. I sing in the local church choir. I record the rehearsals and now I can use what we sang in practice. The sound quality of the recorder is really good. My learning curve was a bit high and I had to take the time to read the manual carefully. For a while I was really frustrated because the window was almost impossible to read. Then a friend showed me how to remove the plastic cover from the front of the case. I can't believe I was so fat! Then I could see the display well enough to get it to work. This voice recorder does exactly what I need and is suitable for anyone to record interviews, lectures or music. The sound quality on the recorder alone is excellent and can also be played back well on other media. It's pretty easy to use once you know how (read the manual). I switched from a cassette player to this one, so that was a big technological leap. It's a bit small and the display window could be bigger. I wish it was the size of an iPod. But I can read it well enough and again I can transfer everything to my Mac. That's a real bonus!
