To begin, the website's overall layout is unappealing, and it is tough to find your way around. It is not easy to find what you are looking for, and even when you do find it, the product descriptions are sometimes vague or insufficient. Because of this, it was difficult for me to make an educated judgment on what to buy. Second, the procedure for placing an order was both exasperatingly slow and complicated. My purchase took much longer to finish than it should have because I had to go through a number of processes and pages before I could ultimately hand in my request for payment. When my order did arrive, I was really dissatisfied to see that the quality of the goods did not meet the expectations that I had set for EliteShade. Although they served their intended purpose, the products did not appear to be of the same high quality in person as they did online. In general, despite the fact that I value EliteShade's dedication to quality and the satisfaction of their customers, their online store is in dire need of some enhancements. I would be hesitant to suggest them to anyone who is interested in making a purchase online, and I would advise people who are considering making a purchase from them to proceed with caution.
