I was quite dissatisfied with my latest purchase from LIANLAM, an online retailer selling home and culinary goods, bedding, sheets, and pillows. The goods I received was different from what was advertised on the website, and customer care was unhelpful and inattentive when I reached out to them. Their website is badly designed and hard to browse, making it difficult to locate the information I required. In addition, the checkout procedure was difficult to understand and lengthy. In general, LIANLAM is not a store I encourage visiting. The poor quality of the things I received and the lack of responsiveness from the customer service staff left me feeling cheated.
