Review on πŸ‘œ SEO-Optimized MultiSac North South Mini Zip-Around Crossbody Bag by Ricardo Tlaxcalteca

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great organizer with space for diabetic supplies but I was disappointed with the new version

I really liked the old microfiber/nylon version. I used two of these in denim blue until eventually each of the straps broke off. I have another one in black. But knowing my history with them, I thought it would be nice to get a replacement and maybe an extra color or two. But Amazon and the Multisac website state that the microfiber/nylon version is no longer available. But I was kind of excited to try the faux leather option, which might be a bit easier to clean and stay clean. But I just got two new faux leather versions, one in black and one in blue. I'm a little shocked and disappointed that there are less than 6 small inner pockets in 3 large pockets. In the large pocket that contains the wallet section, they removed the clear window pocket that was perfect for a simple photo ID. It has been attached to a zipped pocket perfect for cash and loose change. They also removed the two small pockets, I've often happily stored extra 3x5 note cards, a pen or pencil, paper clips, and a charging cable and/or headphones for my phone. In the large center pocket, they removed the small zippered pocket. , which could safely store extra car and house keys, extra syringes, medicines, test strips, etc. Then two small pockets were removed in another large pocket, ideal for storing small cosmetic items. very well organized bag. The wallet section is still the best available from this brand. It still has 6 card slots instead of the 3 found in most other multisac styles. So it will still work as a wallet for me. But it looks like I need to reorganize my stuff a bit. I have type 1 diabetes and used to have to carry a blood glucose meter and insulin with me at all times. So I found the middle bag perfect for that. I now have a continuous blood glucose meter so I don't have to carry a blood glucose meter with me most of the time. I also use an insulin pump now. So I no longer have to lug around an extra insulin bottle. But I don't know where my extra emergency syringes go now if there isn't a secure inner pocket. But I always had extra quick sugar snacks with me when I had hypoglycaemia. I also usually carry something like a protein bar as a temporary meal replacement. But either way, the medium bag is great for a variety of diabetic needs. It's still great. I'm just disappointed that it's not as good as it used to be. I usually use the other large pocket for a few small cosmetic items. (But it can also be used for additional diabetic supplies if needed.) If the 6 smaller inner pockets hadn't been removed I would have given it a 5 star rating and raved about the absolute perfect hour. And especially for people who need to carry extra items related to diabetes. I would also choose the term "Great" instead of "Great".
