Of course mostly made in China with bad tolerances. The plastic is just clean, the lock is cheap but it works. The ONLY instructions are on the box but you don't really need them: 4 holes, 4 inserts and 4 screws. Oh they give you double There is no reason for that; Give me a drill instead. However, the inserts are slightly larger than my DeWalt 1/4 drill. You do NOT tell us the size of the drill. After the first insert I tried rounding the hole in my plaster wall a bit, but even then it took a good hammer hit to drive the insert to the right depth, not tapping. For $25 they could have the layout/instructions on one page. However, this is just a kitchen wall, and it works.
