The support team is awesome! They are always willing to help you out no matter how long ago it was that they helped someone else with their problem/question or issue - even if months have passed since then!! I just wish there were more categories in our account management area so we could see all of them at once instead having separate pages for each category which can get confusing (we're talking about 10+ different options).

We've been very happy customers over this time as well because everything has gone smoothly when contacting customer service department regarding any issues / problems etc..
