Review on Chantal Tea Kettle - Classic Harmonica Whistling Teakettle, 1.8 Quart, White by Kimberly Marquez

We had to return it, the whistle wouldn't stay on and the seal didn't close properly allowing steam to escape from the top. This was the second of these kettles that we had to return due to quality issues. We asked Chantal for help but couldn't get it. It was intended to replace a previous Chantal kettle which we had and loved for about 15 years, unfortunately we are now looking at products from other manufacturers - for the changed price I would expect higher quality and better service.
