This is an excellent and reasonably priced 8 port VGA KVM switch with a reasonably good 1920x1080 resolution. My only complaint is that I can't find a hotkey to turn off the beeping sound that is too loud every time you switch computers. The simple solution is to remove the piezo buzzer. The cover has 2 silver screws on each side and 2 black screws on the bottom. BUT there are also 6 retaining pins (for screwing in VGA cables) that you need to remove from the outside of the rear VGA ports before you can remove the cover. The piezo buzzer is the big black round thing on the mobo pictured. Simply pry off with pliers. Be gentle but firm. Replace the cover and screws and you're done. Make sure that KVM is switched to this PC during the boot process. That's all. The best KVM I've ever used. And did I mention cheap?
