Full charge/light intensity does not last as long as expected

Blue color preserved. urban use. With the blue wavelength, it is still visible in city lights. When fully charged it glows a good blue, for example it can be used as a flash to find Mr. Zach's #2. With the original charger, the flashlight works for a total of 3 hours of walking time with descent / brightness. After 2 charges since then it seems to fade after 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I will start wiping the collar more often as the hard water from the local sprinklers can foul the pipe. Pedestrians and cyclists have commented on how it has helped us stand out when walking.
