Although the age range is given as eight, I can personally confirm that teenagers also find the Hyper Slide fun and challenging. It comes with five games and my son and a group of his friends spent hours playing this game in our living room, the only room with a roaring fire and a bit of heat. They laughed and cheered for each other as they tried to slide colorful "pucks" or small chips under the Hyperslide arch - once the recorded voice of the "Gamemaster" told them which color to choose. What is particularly good about Hyper Slide is the single player option. To use it for single player, simply take a rubber strip and stick it into the appropriate parts of the arch, instantly converting it from a 2 player game to a single player game. Very smart! There are five games of varying difficulty. The biggest challenge for our family was the one where we had to mark a series of colors (e.g. red, yellow, yellow) and then add an OPTIONAL color to that pattern so the player had to remember the increasing number. Chips to slide through the archway, all within the given time limit. Try it and see how difficult it is. Due to the different levels of difficulty, I have to give this a high rating. It held the attention of our teenager and his friends for most of the day and continued to enjoy great popularity.
