Can't remember if this product was made specifically for the Nissan Rogue but mine had 4 attachment points in the cargo area for this net to easily attach. The entire install took 10 seconds and has excellent coverage. To add weight, I simply undo one of the anchor clips, slide groceries or whatever under the net, and just reattach it. The bungee cord is about 1/4 inch thick and is quite springy. I'm not sure how well it will hold a heavy load (like a heavy toolbox) in the event of a major accident, but for items like groceries it should keep cans of soup from flying around the cabin.
