My little 14.5 year old Shee-Poo was in hospice and we were trying this as a last chance to get him to eat. Random purchase to be honest. But he started showing interest and actually begged for it like his annoying old self haha. He has regained his strength and is feeling so much better that we no longer consider him in the hospice. He loves to eat it and he is way stronger and more energetic! This food literally saved my dog's life!
