Two out of three isn't bad. The flashlight and swivel work great, but refilling is annoying. The nozzle itself does not go through the brass wall around the fill pin. I have used several refill nozzles to refill this lighter but still nothing came through the brass wall around the refill pin. I changed it and now I can refill my lighter. I had to disassemble the whole thing, remove the control valve, carefully remove the wall around the fill pin, and then reassemble. I used small needle nose pliers to adjust the flame to a medium flame that works for what I need. Now it works like a champ and there are no tanking issues. Yes, I have violated any warranty and possible return of the lighter. It took me less than 5 minutes to convert. No long waits for a return or round-trip shipping.
