It doesn't work in my review

This resin doesn't work. I did a simple test, see pictures. In cup #1, it's tap water. In cup #2, tap water passed through the resin. For the water in cup #1 TDS (total dissolved solids) tester shows 104. In the cup #2 the tester shows 133, but it should be 0 (zero).

Pros

New water softener resin. Good Value.

Cons

Only half a cubic foot of resin
