I am a lazy baker and I use a bread maker. The conflicting results prompted me to find a scale that could accurately weigh less than 100 grams and wasn't too expensive. I have been using this scale for over 7 months and it has worked very well. I've consistently had good results with recipes that require ingredients to be measured under 10 grams, often in tenths of a gram. I use 4 oz Jell-O-Shot polypropylene cups to keep the ingredients on the scale as they are weighed. Polypropylene can be briefly microwaved to soften butter or honey, and the cups weigh only about 28 grams, allowing you to measure up to 70 grams of an ingredient. The second picture shows a typical result of my baking experiments using cradles instead of measuring spoons or cups.
