Review on 🎨 Crayola Sprinkle Shaker: Vibrant Rainbow Crafts for Creative Delights by Kenkoy Braggs

Pretty fun, tedious to use

I'm very glad I bought a used car at a great price! $12 and I think it's a fair price, it even came with beads and glue and pages etc. It works, I'm glad the loops are easy to work with, I thought I broke them eventually but no; just turned back on. You have to be careful to use the right amount of glue. I'm not sure yet how the glue we just made on our first project will dry. I know the sprinkler mechanism is useless. It throws out too much at once, and (if you're extra careful about where each color goes) you have to maneuver for a while to get most of the sprinkles back into the bin, and if you can't do it on the try Check it out first then you're in the brine because every time you move the board in the opposite direction (the direction of pouring) more drips will obviously come out. Therefore, this feature that makes it very attractive is almost meaningless. If you make it yourself or the manufacturers thought of it; This allows you to close the slide lock or door to hold extra squirts while attached to the wide funnel. Maybe just duct tape; but the purpose of spending money on it is partly for convenience, not to add more frustration. I decided to add just a small amount of sprinkles directly onto the "painting" as needed, close the lid, shake, and when you're done with that color try adding an extra one in the corner opposite the funnel get THEN carefully attach the bottle and try to catch the spare parts. We still haven't cleared all of the spatter from the case, I have yet to try the anti-static dryer sheet trick mentioned by another commenter (but I think in our case crevices and adhesive residue are to blame, not static). I'll probably end up rinsing them or using a vacuum. It holds back splatters during use which is the most important part, keeps the paper pretty much in place and for $12 it's a win! Our kids love the sensory experience of shaking to make art. For $20 I would be very upset about the sprinkler issues.
