I took the chance to choose this non-OEM product for my Dyson D65 Animal and I'm glad I did. The cost of the post filter on the Dyson website is $60 including shipping. For a lot less money I got my vacuum cleaner back to full suction by replacing both filters with this brand. It overheated because the old ones were so dirty; now it works perfectly. Filter turned on/installed smoothly with no issues. I haven't checked the adhesive on the post filter after a few uses, but if I notice a problem I'll update. So far I am very happy with this purchase and have ordered more to change regularly to keep my vacuum running at peak performance. Incidentally, the Dyson post-filter cannot be washed, no matter what is written on its page. Washing filter paper only catches dirt. They will continue to lose suction until you replace them with a new one.
