Arrow keys not working [Update: Replacement works]

[Update: Replacement unit works as intended, so upgrade to 4 stars (minus 1 star for a defective unit).] Arrow keys did not appear to work on the unit that I received but it's hard to tell if they aren't working or if the remote control isn't compatible with the advertised SS-MCT100. I've requested a replacement so I'll update what I find of this unit.
