We have had a great experience with Transpac so far.
Our initial experience was a little tricky as we were new to this platform. After about 3 weeks of getting used to it and training our driver to use it, we've found the software extremely user friendly. It has provided us with realtime data regarding the drivers' performance and how they are performing throughout the day. This has helped us understand what type of performance management strategies should be implemented. The integration between our existing system and Transpac has made everything flow smoothly. The level of service that has been offered to us by the technical support team has been second to none.
Pros

- Ability to provide real time feedback on performance of drivers
Cons
- Once we figured out the basics of using the software, we were able to start collecting data within a couple days
- We were unable to use a variety of our own systems when integrating with the Transpac system.
