So, I have several cards to mine, two of them are EVGA 3080 FTW3 and Asus TUF 3080. This is meant to be plugged into the back of my EVGA card. I saw instant results. EVGA cut corners by not placing pads on the back of the card. Asus already has a few of these, but I suspect they haven't delivered the best quality, just the most economical ones. So my memory link rates were in the mid to late 90's on my EVGA (never hit 100 degrees but close lol) but now that I've added them in the lower 80's I strongly recommend everyone to to add this to theirs. I only had to buy one of these to get the job done. It's small but sufficient for a VRMS backplane. I have 2 photos with my overclock settings (I've decided to stop chasing 100mph, 95-97 is good enough for me, I don't want my rig to crash and hold my card) and my uptime (48 hours) and hwinfo with the memory transition temperature. 80s temps is my evga and the other is my asus tuf 3080 temps, both use the same overclock settings and my asus temps are above 90s. I'm thinking of replacing those spacers with these but don't feel like taking apart the whole card just yet lol. Getting to the back of the board is more difficult with Tuff than with Evga.
