Happy gift!

Husband bought them for us to make for our anniversary together. It took several hours to make all the candles and later we melted them again with wax heating plates to add extra scent. Fragrance: The instructions do not indicate how much fragrance to use. First we put at least 30 drops of oil in the smallest pots (golden ones the size of a lip balm) and you didn't feel a thing, whether they were burning or not. In the end we poured all four bottles of oil completely into six small candles. Lavender is my favorite scent in a bottle, but it doesn't really drown out the wax smell once it's set. Orange smells best and mint is good too. Wax and Paint: There are three packets of wax in the set and we have about half a packet left. All the colors are very strong, you don't have to use a lot and you definitely have leftovers. We enjoyed mixing them together to create new colors like orange, lemon green and teal. You also get extra wicks which came in handy when we melted our candles and some swam to the top and needed replacing. Overall, they were very easy to make and fun to share. They make a good gift for friends or family if you decorate the jars, but I wouldn't buy them to resell because of the price and quality. The gift bags are cute, but the stickers seem boring to me. All in all, if you are looking to try something new, especially with your loved one, I would highly recommend this set for quality time together!
