They are always willing to answer any question or look for ways that we can improve upon our product experience with them as well! I honestly haven't had anything negative come out of my interactions, but they're all positive experiences at this point which has been great. We've just recently started looking into customizing some products in order make it easier/more intuitive when working within an e-commerce platform like shopifly. So far nothing specific; however everything so far was helpful from setting up payment gateways via Braintree through integrating multiple shipping options including USPS drop offs etc. This was an excellent experience for our team. They were always available to answer any questions we had, they took time to understand my business before offering solutions, and it's been fantastic working with them. I cannot think of anything I would change. The level of service we have received from Chris has been incredible and I highly recommend his team. We are working with C&C to build out a suite of e-commerce tools that will help us sell more products.
