Fits Mazda 3 Sedan 2012 2.0L L4 DOHC 16V just right. The air filter should sit straight in the air filter cavity to ensure it is secure. I bought another air filter off ebay and it didn't fit properly, it was sitting on top of the air filter cavity. Poorly fitted air filters can cause problems with your car, not worth the risk in my opinion, stick with known brands like FRAM.
