The ability for me as an individual agent or broker member is how simple it was to upload my profile information upon joining - so there were no issues with uploading info into their system! I have not found any downsides in working through them however they are very good at listening when we do encounter problems/questions pertaining towards using this software platform. We use vAuctioneers exclusively now (as opposed of other platforms) because its easy accessability via internet browser from anywhere & anytime plus all your contacts can be accessed within minutes if needed without having physical office presence nearby!!
