Unresolved connectivity issues

Device refuses to connect to my Wi-Fi network. Wasted several precious weekends with totally useless HP social media support trying to fix issues but to no avail. I tried all chats and support sites and nothing helped. I'm going back and buying a different brand of Chromebook. I have never had a more disappointing experience.

OPERATING SYSTEM AND WARRANTY: Chrome and 1-year limited hardware warranty with 24/7 web support when shipped and sold on Amazon.com
