I like how easy it is to get started with and learn. It's a very intuitive tool that takes away some of the stress. The support team really does help you if you need any guidance about your data management needs. I do not dislike anything at this time and have nothing to say about anything negative. When starting out, there can be some learning curve involved, but they offer training courses for those who want to know more about their product and services before making decisions. Our business was able to see where we needed to make changes as well as having the ability to track our success.
