Seems to be working well. I used it with Neutrogena Anti-Residue Clarifying Shampoo and it really cleared the build up on my scalp. It wasn't exactly comfortable, it was a little tingly, but it didn't hurt. My hand and arm are tired after being massaged for some time because I have thick long hair, but I took a minute or two to rest and then started again and it wasn't a problem. Be careful, you will lose a lot of hair when you're done. I usually lose a golf ball sized strand of hair after washing, but after using this brush I lost about 3 times more. I expected to lose more than usual while cleansing and stimulating the scalp. After the next hair wash, the hair loss returned to normal. I plan on using this once or twice a month to get rid of the blemishes on my scalp.
