I hate exhaust work. Using a pipe saw is always a compromise between speed and a straight, clean cut. The knife is always too long and difficult to control under the machine. This cutter isn't perfect, but it's fast, cuts burr-free, and gets into tighter spaces than a saw. It takes a little care to cut straight and square, but it can be done. Light pressure works better than hard pressure. Keep the cutting rollers lubricated. Cuts made in this way fit easily into joints without additional deburring.
