I've used this software to run our container terminal operations in Malaysia over the last three years. it is very user friendly and easy to use. The customer support team are always available when we have any queries or problems with any of their services. It requires quite some training as you need to understand all the features before being able to fully utilize them. Make sure that your IT department can assist you if needed. This does not require much technical expertise as there's enough helpdesk options which make everything simple to follow through. We're now using this software to track and manage our containers in real time.
