Broken part best for exhaust and emissions

The flush valve was installed and a week later the check engine light came on again. After fully testing the entire EVAP system and replacing other parts (control valve and fuel tank pressure sensor), I finally drove the smoke test car which showed the new purge valve was leaking. I've always trusted Dorman parts and hope this was a one off thing.
