Great chef's knife!
I wasn't sure I made the right choice when I placed this order. But the fact is, this is the best decision I've made in a long time! I really like this knife because it's really sharp, has a very comfortable grip and isn't heavy. You can cut with less effort as it is very sharp but not heavy and very easy to clean. I just wash it after I'm done cutting, the blade surface looks brand new after a few seconds of water dripping off. I'm so happy, it's worth every penny!
