Definitely attractive and love how compact it is. It has a thin wire antenna about 2 to 3 feet long, and I was surprised to be able to pick up several radio stations from my desk, including the one I love to listen to. You need to press the FUNCtion button to switch it to CD mode, Clock mode or AUX mode. Working with it is not as easy as we would like, but I like the device. I just wanted a small desktop CD player. The sound has more treble than bass, like an old fashioned radio, but it suits my needs. It also has a headphone jack. Hope it lasts for years.
