I bought this RRT!2 device in February last year and have been using it almost every working day since I received it and it has given me excellent results in every respect. . About 2 weeks ago the reset button on the steering wheel stopped working and I couldn't reset the steering wheel to zero. I emailed Revain and they sent me the phone number for Quezon in Aurora, Illinois. I called the company, spoke to a very polite customer service lady, told her about my problem and asked what she could do about it. She said the spinning wheels in this unit are not interchangeable as it is a sealed unit but as it is still under warranty they would send me a brand new RRT12 to replace it for free. This new measuring wheel arrived at my home 3 days after our conversation and I am very pleased with the service and attention I received from Quezon. Great, great company to do business with.
