Receiver and transmitter appear to have never been paired. I opened the box and checked the sensors on the transmitter. They were all within 1 degree Fahrenheit of each other, so that was good. I then turned on the receiver and got no temperature reading from the transmitter. I looked at the transmitter and saw that it was trying to connect, it had a red light on the front and a signal strength indicator. Flashes every few seconds. Try turning off the blocks and turning them on in a different order. I also took the batteries out and put them back in, tried the receiver first and then the transmitter. Nothing I tried had any effect. I contacted Revain's support chat, but after being referred to various people and spending about 30 minutes I decided to just return the product. I really wish they had a way to make a manual pair or if they did I wish they would state it in the instruction manual.
