I left my first review below. I contacted the seller and he informed me that the thermometer has a lifetime guarantee. They immediately sent me a new one and apologized for the problems. However, they have also contacted me several times to update my review (apparently concerned about how their product looks). I've decided to update my review but keep the original as I don't change my mind about the product. I appreciate the seller's willingness to send a new one, but the item shouldn't wear out within three weeks.______FIRST REVIEW: This thermometer was very easy to use, comfortable, and accurate. However, it only lasted three weeks before it stopped working. I changed the battery but nothing happened. Seems a bit expensive for a product that stopped working in less than a month. would not recommend buying.
